I had a Chicago Go all-inclusive pass and I ended up taking the big bus and could visit 4 spots in a matter of 7 hours. Takes away the hassle of planning multiple point of interest and planning. I started with the first tour bus from the last stop(hard rock cafe) and then went on a jolly ride. Stop 1 was the millennium park , stop 2 was the museum district ( you could spend 1hr to 1day ) and finally stopped at the Hancock tower for 360 view. All in all it was a good investment. Time management could be a little tight based on the day of your visit.

My three daughters and I really enjoyed the evening tour. It was a beautiful night and just a little cool when we got towards the end. Our tour guide Matty started off a little dry and had us a bit concerned at first. We soon realized it was part of his routine and he was great. He picked out my 12 year old daughter Gracie when he found out it was her birthday and teased her the whole time. We loved it. Daniel was a great driver too!

Sitting inside that bus has no air circulating. Only vent is by driver. Sit on top. Horribly hot inside. The older buses have no vents by passengers.

Hello jimcourtbays, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback as we can take the negatives and improve. AC is something we do work hard at providing on all buses. It is difficult to keep an Open Top bus cool on an especially hot day and for that we truly apologize. We realize it made your experience less than desirable and this is something we will continue to improve. We do hope that you give Big Bus another try in the future. Kind Regards, Cindy Rodriguez Big Bus Chicago
