We got the Big Bus around 930 am, near Navy Pier. It was a really hot morning on what turned out to be a scorching day. All staff members were great, from the guy we bough the tickets from, to the guides (Reggie and Ken) and drivers. We paid $75 each for a day tour plus the river tour. Worth the money. This tour is great, with plenty of stops along most of Chicago´s landmarks. I d recommend doing the whole tour first and only start hoping on and off after that. The reason being that (at least on our particular day) trying to get on the bus at most stops is quite difficult since the buses are always very busy. On our second "hop on", trying to get on was a struggle. No respect for who´s been queuing for a while, no real lines, people rush past you, pushing everyone out of the way and there´s very little the staff at the stops can do about it. But apart from that, do go on the tour and enjoy!

My wife and I are in the city for a week long stay and the tour with Ken and Everett was one of the biggest highlights of our tour, they were very informative, safe, and DEFINITELY funny! Definitely enjoy your stay in the Windy City with these two!!!

No AC in summer, are you kidding? The guide was difficult to hear. We got off after 3 stops. It was unbearable. They packed the bus making little children stand, telling the families to get on because some people will get off on next stop. No concern for customer safety or comfort, or overall experience. Terrible.

It is hard to keep an Open Top bus brisk and cool on an especially hot day and for that we truly apologize.
