Great open top tour of Chicago, able to see some of the main tourist sights and hop on off and valid for 24 hours was great. Definitely recommend . The whole route, which we did was approx 2 hours. Able to use ticket next day too so that was a nice bonus.

Our experience with the Big Bus Tours in Chicago was very delightful full of great tour-guided sightseeing from the comfort of the bus (top floor when sunny and bottom floor when rainy). Dorothy got things going really well, checking us in and making us feel right at home. She was wonderful to talk with and hear from. I'm really glad I got to connect with her. And Antoinne is something very special with his great personality, charm, well-versed knowledge, and great driving skills even in the midst of heavy construction and one lane inner-downtown Chicago and as a double decker bus! He is great too and made me smile and laugh the whole time. Just a really great group of people! I met some other nice drivers along the way as well who were helpful. They were even kind enough to do a huge favor that helped us tremendously that I'll not mention on here but it is noteworthy to mention that they helped us out a whole lot on that one. We are so pleased to be customers for this company and we had such a great time! Thank you so much!

I did not like this tour at all. Driver and staff were rude. The bus is very dirty. Not worth the time and effort to get to were the bus is. Not worth a single penny
