The driver picked us up at institute of arts by 4:45pm and refused to return is to the pickup location ..saying he has to go home

Experience was horrible. We did not make it to make it to 5 of the 8 attractions and the driver was very hard to understand except for his profanity

The driver was firm with passengers who got on the steps from the top to come out of rain at a stoplight clearly telling them not to. I thought that was handled fine. I give the tour 4 stars because the audio recording that had too much needless chatter. I would have much preferred the recording be less attempted comedy. Just tell us about the history and stories of your amazing town..
