Very disappointed. I have did several BiG Bus tours in Chicago, Philadelphia and Vegas. Enjoyed all until this one. You no longer have someone pointing things of interest out and providing history. It is now a recording that doesn’t match up to where you are at. The music in between is horrible. On top of this we had one really rude driver . Also the buses are now rolling advertising ads with wraps on them. If it is raining you can not see out. Easy fix at each stop blow water off windows so people can see what they paid to see. I will not do another tour with them.

Very cranky, prickly bus driver. Felt like a child in a car trying not to get in trouble from your parents. I’m sure this driver has a kind gentle welcoming side unfortunately we didn’t see it. We missed our first pick up because the stop isn’t at the Sheridan it’s across from it and no sign present at Willis tower so good luck.

Decided to do this on our last day in Chicago .Was talking to the guy you buy the tickets off having a good conversation told him it was our last day and we were flying home tomorrow.Did the tickets on credit card still talking now our fault but we didn’t check the tickets till we were on the bus noticed that he’d charged us for 2 days making it 20 dollars each more than it needed to be is this the scam keep people talking so they don’t look at what there doing we told him we were flying home the next day so why he did it for 2 days a mistake i’m not so sure so make sure you check before you press that button
