We did a full loop with Jack and driver kim, that was very good. In the afternoon the bussen got to busy and There was not much room. There was a bus every 17-20 minutes.

Decided to take the Big Bus Hop on Hop Off tour of Chicago. Has great views of the city and the hop on hop off feature is great! We could explore the city and then get back on the bus. Jack was knowledgeable of the city and answered all of our questions. Kim drove safely in the city. We had a unhappy passenger on the bus that was really disrespectful. Jack and Kim handled the situation really well. They definitely brought some extra excitement and free entertainment. Definitely recommend a tour with Jack (maybe with out the disrespectful passenger).

Tour Guide Wanda, a native of Chicago was eloquent and expressive. She is very proud of the city - its architecture and historical tidbits. The bus driver, Bryan was one of the electricians that helped build the Willis Tower. Cool. Kudos to you both!
