Loved the Big bus...our tour guide Bongi was excellent, her enthusiasm and wit was just perfect...we truly enjoyed it. I took my parents and they loved seeing the city and the landmarks

We rode the bus in rain (in the morning) when we were all given ponchos and went all round the City. It took between 90 and 120 minutes. In the afternoon the sun came out and we selectively hopped on and off to look in more detail at the attractions. The route goes from the Magnificent Mile in the north down to the Planetarium and Aquarium in the south, via the Navy Pier, starting and finishing on the Michigan Street Bridge. The conductor / commentator worked hard at providing a continuous commentary but was not as knowledgeable as the commentator on the river architectural tour. This is an excellent introduction to downtown Chicago

I have taken many hop on hop off bus tours in many cities. This had to be the best. It was fun and informative. After going on the Big Bus I want to come back to Chicago. BONGI was a wonderful guide She was able to answer all the questions posed to her. She was enthusiastic and personable. All on the bus appreciated having her as a guide. Bianca was a good driver. I highly recommend this trip. Take it at the beginning of your trip to plan what you want to do in Chicago
