We did the day & night tour; I’d do it again next time I come to Chicago. The folks that did the speaking knew the things to point out & enjoyed their work. A great way to see the city!

We hopped on at the 1st stop and rode to the 4th for Millenium Park. When we were getting back on at the 4th stop to go all the way through to the 1st, we had to wait close to 40 minutes for the next bus which was frustrating as we were trying to get back to our hotel for another tour. However, once the bus arrived and we got our tour pushed back, we had a GREAT experience with tour guide Wanda and driver Karen. Wanda was hilarious with lots of great info about the city, restaurant recommendations, and humor. Karen did a great job of steering us through rush hour traffic safely and quickly while we still got to see the great sights of Chicago. Wanda was extremely kind and super funny, and you can tell that she loves her job. They also did a great job of making sure everyone got on the bus that safely could, which made lots of passengers very happy. The upper deck was very clean, and also great for picture opportunities. Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends heading to Chicago! Thanks for a great experience, Wanda and Karen!

Unfortunately, we booked this bus trip not taking into account the fact that it might rain. Of course the top of the bus is open, so when it rains you can't really sit upstairs (unless you're a duck) - and with the number of people downstairs, it was difficult to see out of the windows because they were getting fogged up with rain on the outside.... The guide was excellent - he knew all about Chicago. We were just unfortunate that the weather wasn't on our side!!
