We loved our tour guide, Ms. B. What a hoot. They honored the online discount when mentioned and provided great service from buying the tickets to providing ponchos at the end of the day when it was still raining. A great way to see the city.

Wanda, our guide, and Karen, our bus driver, were both excellent. We've been on Big Bus tours in the past and this was the most informative by a long shot. We especially liked that Wanda gave her commentary 'live'. This is so much better than listening on headphones. The icing on the cake - Wanda suggested Portillo for dinner and both Trump Terrace and London House for cocktails. They were all spot-on. Thank you!
