We loved riding the big bus. Ms. B was our guide and she did an excellent job. The tour was very informative. Ms. B was very friendly and has a great sense of humor. We will definitely use this service again.

We visited Chicago for 4 days. The tour was an option for our go Chicago card. It is good for a full 24 hours which means if you first get scanned at 2pm on day one you can use it until 2pm the following day. We did the full tour twice. The first time we did it we had a great tour guide and got off at the 3 rd stop for some deep dish Pizza. When we got back on the bus the guide was horrible, he complained about the weather and how Memorial Day was supposed to be a big money weekend but the weather made it bad, he complained about how he had worked 4 days straight and he had no voice left because he had just completed a tour where the microphone did not work. It started to rain and everyone had to go downstairs on the bus by stop 7. At this time he stoped telling us anything except to say this is stop # is anyone getting off. You could not see out the windows because they were fogged up and if my experience was only based on this tour it would be a zero... we decided to do the tour again the following morning and were so glad we did, the guides name I believe was Lance and he was amazing. My advice, if you get on the tour and don’t like the guide get off at the next stop and wait for the next bus to come along.
