Hop on Hop Off is always a good way to get oriented in a new city. Wanda, our guide, and Ariel, the drive did a great jog. They even gave us a courtesy ride back to The Bean after the buses stopped running. Great customer service! We also really liked speaking with the salesman at stop 3 (sorry didn't catch his name). Very welcoming.

Chicago is my home town. This was a great way to show off my town and teach my grand kids about Chicago. Getting off and finding where to get back on was greatly explained and pointed out to us.

We recently visited Chicago for our first time and thought this would be a great overview. We started the tour with a tour guide who was pretty good, but her shift ended two stops after we got on and then we transferred to another bus. Lucky for us. We ended up not getting off any of the stops because our tour guide was so good. Lance, was hilarious, full of interesting historical facts about the city and just had the best energy! We recommend this tour and especially recommend Lance as your tour guide! Thank you Lance!
