Bongi was informative friendly and helpful on the Big Bus' first day of operation after several days of closures due to the winter freeze. No problems with the route pickup was prompt and all staff friendly. But it is expensive in my opinion. It's just me.

Great city information given and very worthwhile! I was impressed by the staff who were very safety conscious and informative. Hop on location at great spots and buses were very clean.
