We enjoyed the multi-day pass filled with 14 stops and the opportunity to learn all about those stops and so much more along the way. We had the pleasure of Bongi as our tour guide upon 3 occasions accompanied by Karen our Big Bus driver. This made our trip and they both were filled with knowledge & were very welcoming to all! Would do it again for sure!

Horrible customer service!! I have followed the procedure to request a refund 4 times. Each time I get a reply that it is being sent to the Chicago location, but no action has been taken. I am a Military service member who doesn't have money to throw away. We were told before we left Chicago there would be no problem getting a refund as we were unable to take the tour. I went online the day after I returned home and submitted the first of 4 requests for a refund. At this point I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Consumer Protection Agency to see if with there assistance I can get my money back!

The key to all of the tours of this type is the tour guide. We had a nice tour guide but he was not that knowledgeable of the history of Chicago. He was very well versed on the buildings and streets which was helpful since we were doing some walking tours. All and all its a good way to get around town and if your tour guide sucks, get off the bus and wait for the next guide
