We actually ended up going on this tour 2 times as it really was a fantastic way of getting around the city. We had Karen and Luca and then Bongi and Darius the second time, although we did hear the information twice I think it says alot about how good the guides are that we were still interested and engaged the second time round. Fantastic trip, lots of good things to see and good value. Definitely recommend :)

wait times for the big bus were better in my opinion than the Hop of. we did both during our time in Chicago. they have the same route. They also tell the same stories. I thought the wait time was better for Big BUs.

This tour was a good one as far as the tour guide and driver go. The bus was clean. The only BIG problem I had with the tour is that the bus was not heated! The tour does take you through down-town Chicago and the information is good. We decided to skip using the bus for tranportation around the city (hop-on, hop-off) because of the lack of heat. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU RUN A BUS TOUR IN CHICAGO IN THE WINTER WITHOUT HEAT ON THE BUS?
