Tour guide Shae was on our bus initially. Her driver wasn’t there yet, so they asked Matty and Tosha to do our tour so we didn’t have to wait. Shae got off the bus, spewing expletives loud enough for all of us to hear. Very disappointed in having to listen to her. Now, Matty was funny and gave a great tour so it ended on a good note.

I've used big bus in a couple of city's, there good, the tours they run are interesting and the hop on hop off is really handy, i rode the full route and listened to the full tour then spent the rest of the day hopping on and off as i needed to. Loads cheaper than taking taxi's. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We had loads of laughs riding the big bus with Miss B!!! We loved her - she knoew the history of Chicago and she delivered it in the most entertaining way!
