Buses need to show up! I rode one leg on the bus. It was not useful. The driver spoke over the commentary provided on the headphones, and the driver was not providing any meaningful information. Then, I hopped off. When I wanted to hop on, I waited a long time. Finally gave up and walked. This happened a second time further along on the route. I would agree with another review I read, which says that you can walk and see all the sites you want to. It was a total waste of money. Also, the app was not useful. It did not seem to be working properly. I could not see where the buses were on the route or how long until one came to my stop (which was never).

We hadn’t been to Chicagon in a long time and the Big Bus tour was a great way to revisit. Though every guide is not created equal, Anton, Dax, and Candis were awesome hosts through this experience.

Some bus drivers are very informative and fun!! Some are not…they need to learn about costumer service - smile, polite, helpful with directions and about Chicago when asked.
