The bus top seating and tour was great for as many stops as before our first hop off. When we hopped back on the top was full and we had to sit downstairs where the heat was smothering with no fans to even attempt to move the air. Later after hopping off at Millennium Park, we got back to the pickup point over an hour before the time of last pickup time at that location (per the website) and the Big Bus Tour Stop signs had been taken away. So apparently no more pick ups there that day. We had to take an Uber to our next destination. We’d recommend this to friends but also that they have a backup plan.

The recording didn’t work Only heard one voice One minute of silence then Hear “oh that is an awesome fact” AND way too much music to fill voids why not some facts about the city?

I enjoyed this tour but must say it will depend upon your guide. Great way to see all the sites quickly, with the opportunity to hop off if something piques your interest. Candice was the best with great stories - very entertaining and her personal experiences really make the experience authentic. We briefly hopped on a bus with a different driver who did not add any commentary other than what could be seen at the upcoming stop. So if your guide is eh, hop off and wait for the next bus. My soon to be 15 year old son enjoyed this tour.
