Waste of money. Seems like they were shor staffed. Waited 45 mins for first bus. App was not updating. Tried to get back on after museum and the wait for the next bus was more than 90 minutes. Complained and they would not refund us. We went a total of 2 stops the entire day, couldnt catch another bus.

Nice memorable ride with fantastic views. but people without tickets were admitted which made it crowded.

We got to see the major points of downtown Chicago and the stops are well placed. I would have enjoyed more/better live narration. The prerecorded narration was annoying but there were bits and pieces of good information
