We loved the tour. It is an excellent way of exploring the city on your first day. kids liked being on the open bus as well.

We used the Big Bus as a means to get around downtown Chicago and found the buses to be quite regular and on time with great staff. Stay on to do a full loop before deciding where to get off first. Ask for a second day upgrade at a discounted price.
