This experience was awful. I was with my brother who has a disability and loves buses and I booked this tour for him. We waited for more than an hour and the bus never came. I also had my 7-year old granddaughter with me who was very disappointed. Could not locate a phone number to contact anyone. There should be a way to let people know who have purchased tickets, if the bus is not running. I tried sending messages but never received a response. Other people who were waiting as well ended up leaving. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews that I read before booking the tour.

There was no live tour guide like I have had in many other cities. The recorded narrative was not very engaging either. Just not worth it.

I really like the tour! Lots to do see and do. The staff are friendly, have great energy, helpful and knowledgeable!!! We had a great time!!
