Great way to see Chicago when have limited time in the city. Audio was disappointing as difficult to hear recording when riding on top level. Anton was awesome as he narrated when we were on his bus!

We rode the Big Bus 3 different times on August 11, 2022. The first guy (wish I knew his name) was a 5 star rating. He used his own voice for the tour, telling us everything that was around and different facts about the city. He had to go on break so we had to switch busses. The second lady was so horrible that I wanted to throw a chocolate bar and tampon at her. She stopped the bus at one point to yell at a family that was using the crosswalk in front of her. The family was using the crosswalk to cross the street. Bus should have waited. Later on the same family gets on the bus and you can tell they were not from America and she continued to yell at them. I could tell they felt bad and confused for the mix up. Then we had zero communication from her about the places around. People who was on the previous bus was confused why details were not given but then we realized we needed ear buds. The first driver spoiled us where we didn't think we needed it. She also yelled at a few people who got up in their seats as well. I think she could of handled that in a more professional manner. In my opinion, and not knowing about the ear buds until the 3rd trip, I thought taking a bus around has the same effect. And watch out for those low branches while sitting on top deck.

There is no tour guide. It is nothing more than a ride through Chicago. All riders complained. Bus drivers and Employees apologized profusely to all the riders. They said please complain to management, they said it has been bad since Covid.
