We were in Chicago, got on a bus with a horribly rude driver and we didn't finish the guided route with her. Chose to walk and Uber.

It was awful!!! They give you headphones to listen to the tour but they do not match the landmarks. Plus, the tour guide is also talking. My tour guide was strictly reading a card but had his facts mixed up and kept having to repeat himself. We made it to stop three and got off. Very disappointed bc this used to be my favorite thing to do in the city. I was embarrassed as I had my best friend with me. Not a good experience.

A few drivers talked about the city landmarks. I wished every driver did that. Next time, I will not ride during A Bears home game. As the bus doesn’t stop in the museum district.
