I have done several hop on hop off tours and the bus driver would tell us where all the stops are . The ear plugs were Difficult to understand plus lots of commercials to listen to . I really liked the experience of the live tour guide bus drivers telling us the landmarks

We take a hop-on hop-off tour in every city we vacation in that has one. This one did not disappoint! They also stopped at every stop, even if it looked like no one was there to be picked up or let off, which was good and not all buses have done in some other cities. It would be very helpful to have a real-time view of where buses are and to have information about where the stop is if a stop on the map is inaccessible though. This can be confusing and the chat feature with customer service is not helpful. Either it was an automated response or the person responding didn’t actually answer our question.

Great wait of getting around to all the major sites in the city. They provide guy with ear buds to give you history of the buildings, however tour was better when each bus had a tour guide narrating the tour with information about the sites.
