Great experience for a quick trip to Chicago. You can hop on and off where you want to. Loved the double decker bus. Great guides.

Too long a circuit with horribly loud background music that made it hard to hear the location discriptions. We bought a 2 day ticket and only did one e tire circuit of the ride. We went to locations we were then interested in by cab so we could maximize our time at the locations and see as much as possible in 2 days. Had we tried to see the locations via the bus we would not have been able to see as much as the route it took was too long and circuitous. We both have used hop-on-hop-off buses in many other city’s that were great and got you to all the high points quickly and with lots of information and no loud music. This was very disappointing for a city like Chicago.

The bus is nice with the option of riding on top or inside. It was raining so we chose to remain inside. We couldn't get the "live" updates on bus arrival. We didn't wait over 15 minutes for one to arrive after each of our excursions. Easy to use and fun. It would have been a perfect trip except for some passengers couldn't follow simple rules like "sit down", "don't use steps while bus is moving", you know, basic rules of being safe. Definitely enjoyed the day even in the rain!
