Being able to sit on the top section since it was great weather to see much of Chicago. Drivers were good and waited for us to get off. Some tried to give us info about the sights since the audio was not always working properly.

Great way to see the city and learn a little history. Easy on and off, we never had to wait for the next bus to come by. We saw more of Chicago than we ever could have done on our own. Highly recommend!

Chicago has a lot of great things to experience. The Big Bus tour here needs to come up with a better way to present the info. It was very difficult to hear the bus driver and the head/ear narration because they speak almost simultaneously. Very irritating.
