The bus tour is a great way to get around the city and plan out what to see. Would have loved a live tour guide but the recordings had interesting facts about the city.

Easy to find pick up locations! The best way to see downtown when you only have a short stay. The driver was nice and very friendly.

I do not recommend this tour. We experienced 3 different drivers and only one described the stops and gave a little commentary on the bus. But she was rude when telling people to stay seated, saying they will be kicked off the bus. The other one seemed very annoyed with tourists and probably should get out of this job. The third one didn't say a word. In addition, the pre-recorded commentary is very annoying. It should just describe the city without all the added jokes and conversations. Plus when the pre-recorded convesations pause, the loud music is annoying because you cannot hear what the driver is saying over the loud music. I just removed one side of the headphones so I can listen to the driver with one ear and to the recording with the other ear. We had one very good driver in San Antonio back in March but overall it is not a good value and we will not be buying anymore hop on hop off tours in the future nor recommend them to anyone. We wish we did the small group tour instead.
