My family and I bought the 2 day tours and we loved it. Our tour guides were great, especially Bianca! The info was very interesting and I love the headphones to make it easier to hear our guides. We took the night tour and the saulsalito tour and loved them both. My only issue was the staff outside of the buses were extremely rude. They were cursing at people and yelling at customers who needed help. This was very disappointing to see; my family and I were embarrassed to be on the bus with the way the employees were acting. If people are traveling and having a hard time with directions the staff should be helpful, not rude and in appropriate.

Very informative we had a guide on our bus told us lots of things that weren’t on the audio and recommended places to go and eat really good Alcatraz brilliant very good not done the bikes as someone in our group is awaiting hip operation

The overall tour on Big Bus was great and our driver was very good. On the other hand, they need to work on signage! There are no signs on the street as to where to catch the bus etc., and when you are a tourist, it was a challenge. For what you charge, invest in some signs.

Thank you for your review. It is illegal to post signage, as the City and County of San Francisco does not allow for signage posting around San Francisco. To remedy we provide maps as well as a free app to guests. Through the BIG BUS app, you can track buses in real-time, discover a stops first and last bus times by tapping any stop. You'll also find approximate frequency of service and see what attractions and landmarks are nearby.
