Black Cat Historical Day Tour

Overview
Our daytime historic tour is a story of Pirates and Puritans, Witchcraft and War.  We travel around the city of Salem and share the tales of its amazing history.  From its humble beginnings as a city founded on the idea of peace for all, to the site of the largest incident of witchcraft hysteria in the modern world, learn how it became one of the biggest shipping ports in America, played host to some of the most famous authors of all time, and learn some of the biggest secrets this city has to offer!

Our daytime walking tour lasts about an hour and forty five minutes, and covers a mile's worth of the downtown area. It is an easy walk, but we suggest comfortable shoes and clothing to match the season. Our tours are unscripted, and can be customized to every group's particular areas of interest!

My friends and I just completed our night tour with Jeff. Without a doubt, it was the highlight of our trip to Salem!! He was knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and made us feel safe. I cannot recommend this tour enough. We did several tours and museum visits throughout the day and this was the best by far!

Daniel was my tour guide and he was wonderful! This is my third tour with him and every time his storytelling gets better! He is a wealth of knowledge and his history is spot-on! Can't wait to take another tour! A lot of fun!!!!
