Black Cat Historical Day Tour

Overview
Our daytime historic tour is a story of Pirates and Puritans, Witchcraft and War.  We travel around the city of Salem and share the tales of its amazing history.  From its humble beginnings as a city founded on the idea of peace for all, to the site of the largest incident of witchcraft hysteria in the modern world, learn how it became one of the biggest shipping ports in America, played host to some of the most famous authors of all time, and learn some of the biggest secrets this city has to offer!

Our daytime walking tour lasts about an hour and forty five minutes, and covers a mile's worth of the downtown area. It is an easy walk, but we suggest comfortable shoes and clothing to match the season. Our tours are unscripted, and can be customized to every group's particular areas of interest!

You will not be disappointed. Daniel was our guide. It was obvious that he has a love of history and loves to talk to people. Our tour was on September 14, 2016 Marion and Monica Ivey Richmond, Virginia

Did you see the ghost? A beautiful August night coupled with a gifted storyteller equals our best night in Salem. With John as our guide we thoroughly enjoyed our ghost tour. We heard about the witch trials of Salem and some history of the town. Highly recommend!
