Keith knows the area in and out and he knows how to tell the story. We took a lot from it. The hours went by way too fast.

Keith, our guide, was terrific. He accommodated different levels of ability and made sure we all got the most of the trip. Enjoyed this very much and highly recommend.

We booked the tour for 2 adults, 2 kids (ages 14 and 9) for a weekday tour. To summarize - it was a thorough, experiential, informative, and centering day. Keith as a guide is generous with his time, his availability to take family pictures, his knowledge of the area's history and flora, and his inclusion with each member of the party - taking time to remember names and engage each of us along the trails and sharing his passion for not only the Dupont State Park, Pisgah National Forest, Biltmore legacies, and Blue Ridge Parkway - - but more importantly, he knows when to step back, and let you stare in amazement at the (3) different waterfalls and scenic overlooks. He's prepared, he makes the trails accessible to all ages, he paces groups well, and when all is said and done, he'll give you the inside track on local bar-b-que with a healthy handshake and smile that makes even the 9-year olds among us realize they've spent 5-6 hours with someone who's eager to keep you safe, share wisdom in the mountain air when all you can hear is the birds, the water, and the refreshing of your Spirit. We enthusiastically recommend this tour.
