The Carrie B sightseeing paddlewheel tour boat is owned and operated by Harbor Tours, Inc. We have been providing scenic sightseeing boat tours and private charters since 1959. As a third-generation family-owned and operated business, we have plied the waters of Hampton Roads’ Norfolk Harbor, Virginia and the waterways of Fort Lauderdale, FL for generations of guests. Today we are pleased to offer a full-time presence in both locations.

See Yachts and Homes of the Rich and Famous and ships from around the world in Port Everglades. What To Expect

Carrie B Cruises

Join us for a 1.5 hour fully narrated sightseeing cruises of Fort Lauderdale’s yachts and homes of the rich and famous traveling on the New River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Port Everglades.

Stranahan House

Our tour begins at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale dock which just happens to be a stone's throw away from the Stranahan House

Colee Hammock Park

We continue past homes which sold in the early 1920's for only $4,000 to $8,000 dollars. Today these homes in Rio Vista and Colee Hammock sell for multi-million dollar prices. We continue past Colee Hammock Park and head out to the widest section of the New River.

The day before leaving Plantation / Fort Lauderdale we decided to take the Carrie B Tour on the waterways in downtown Fort Lauderdale and we are very glad we did. The crew was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw some amazing sights and heard some interesting facts about the real estate, yachts, hotels, and cruise ships. It was a very enjoyable 90 minutes and made our vacation complete.

We went on the Carrie B Harbor cruise in February. It was a lovely boat ride; the boat is big with snacks and seating in both an air conditioned lower deck as well as outdoor and shaded seating on the top deck. Over the 90 minute tour we saw a very different, interesting, and beautiful side of Fort Lauderdale. It certainly should be called yacht city with all the large yachts in the harbor. Interesting history of the houses of the mega-rich along the waterways.

Great cruise, beautiful homes, fun narration, perfect length and reasonable price. Arrive a little early and get a seat on upper deck. After take a stroll down Las Olas. Stop at wonderful Italian bakery Pan E Dolci for gelato.
