After reading about several different Asheville Brew tours, we picked this one since it was was a walking tour. We learned so much about beer, and about Asheville and it was just an all-round great experience! We covered a lot of ground at a comfortable pace walking from one brewery to another. Even if the weather had been bad it would have still been a great tour because the indoor spaces at each brewery were awesome and it wasn't too far from one to another--with an umbrella it would have been fine! We were lucky and had good weather so we did the Saturday afternoon tour that included 3 stops, which was perfect. The amount of beer sampled was more than adequate and offered a great variety. We got some great ideas from our guide Clif on other things to do while in town as well. This tour cost a little more than some others but it's well worth it!!

I stubbled upon this tour from romantic Asheville website as a suggestion for a couple to do. This was our third time to Asheville and after visiting Biltmore and the usual Asheville stops I was looking for something else. My husband and I REALLY enjoyed the tour and Cliff the tour guide. Informative, engaging, and there were no stupid questions. He made the brew process interesting and funny. High-wire Brewery and wicked weed both with really good beer and friendly staff. The cost was reasonable for the amount you learn and drink! I highly recommend spending two hours with Cliff while in Asheville! Being a resident for 12 years he offered great local info on other activities as well- sometimes small tours can be awkward but he really made it comfortable! Thank you Cliff!
