Compare two American pizzas vs. two Italian pizzas to understand how pizza evolved as an immigrant food. Explore Deep Dish, Roman, Neapolitan, and Artisanal pizza in just a couple of hours. We will walk past Holy Name Cathedral after one of our pizza stops.

First, our tour guide James was so knowledgeable and entertaining. He made our tour excellent. Pizza selections and places were spot on. Robert’s is the best. Love the Neapolitan, so yummy 900 degree taste. Roman was a surprise like. The walking was not too much. I would go again and again.
