While staying Las Vegas, I purchased online tickets for General Admission, Skwalk and restaurant meals. The drive was about 2.5 hours.
On arrival at the parking lot, we didnāt anticipate the long lines at the first stop point (ticket counter and gift shop) there wasnāt a separate line for online ticket holders, so you have to ask someone for assistance.
After getting a ticket for the bus (thatās correct you need to board a shuttle!) you need to wait in line. After departing from the shuttle you need to again wait in another line for the Skywalk bridge!
Before going on the Skywalk, you canāt bring any personal belongings not even cameras or phones so you have to place items in a free locker. It began to snow so Skywalk photographers didnāt attempt to take photographs for guests.
After the Skywalk we tried to go to the restaurant but they closed at 3:15, even explaining we had purchased meals in advance they wouldnāt allow us to go up to the restaurant or offer reimbursements.
I understand itās high season for tourists but there is poor management for handling online and in person tickets purchases.
