Beeing here, nearby the canyon, is an amazing nature experience. You have to be with your eyes wide open to admire and take care of yourself. People of the reserve are kind with tourists, but visitors must respect all the limits set by the authorities. There are a lot of wonderfull views from the side, and maybe you want to experience being on the glass horseshoe... you don't need it! All you'll can get is the remember, they don't let you take pictures by your own (even with gopro camera or celphones). But it's on you! The enjoy the visit you're going to walk and walk under the sun, so, you must use the right clothes, shoes, hat, and sunblock. Drink watter frequently 'cause this is going to last a few hours.

I would not recommend wasting time coming to this establishment. We have been here previously in September 2020 during COVID and wanted to bring our family for a visit. This time we waited over 2 hours for the skywalk and were no longer allowed to get printed photos. They were 50 dollars for 8 photos that we will virtually download. I would think that since this is a tourist spot the staff would be more welcoming to foreigners. The security lady who was scanning us before entering the skywalk was rude to my grandmother and yelled at her to show her pockets when the alarm went off, she doesnā€™t understand English and I was translating right behind her. The photographer was very sarcastic, when we asked to pose in a different direction instead of with the crowd of people behind us. Our photos now have some strangers in them. I would recommend doing the skywalk if thereā€™s less then 30 minute wait. We dined at the skywalk restaurant where we were told that there is not enough time to wait for a window seat as the restaurant closes at 4;15. So we were sat close to the window but told by our server that we can be moved to a seat closer to the window once a table clears out. Less then 10 minutes after being seated a table cleared and our waitress said we can move. We had not received any food or beverages at the time while the table was being cleaned. The manager, AL, came and said no we cannot move once seated and proceeded to seat someone else. Now it would not have been that big of a deal if it was said with some ounce of decency but he yelled it at us aggressively. Our waitress apologized several times but at that point there was no point to stay there after being disrespected like that. We left without eating. Itā€™s safe to say we will no longer be coming back.

We arrived here took the shuttle paid $135 for 2 plus the Skyrim; when arrived there we found out we couldnā€™t take pics we had to leave our phones and all belongings in a lockerā€¦. All pictures must be paid plus your already paid admission. You must wear some shoes cover that only some people have to wear ā€¦.. we had a security guy tall American ABUSE very nasty and aggressive telling me I had to sera the cover; I was wearing them but it was not up to HIS standards. He didnā€™t have any shoe cover and NONE of the personnel there had covers even though they all go outside to the same floor we all walk on. He escorted us pit and said we were done even though we didnā€™t do anything wrong I had my covers on. He was extremely racist; rude and aggressive towards us. Of course he did not want to give his name he calledā€other security to get us outā€¦ and he told me I had to take my pics deletedā€¦. Iā€™m sorry itā€™s my property I will not allow anyone to see my phone. This person said I was not in the US that I was in a sovereign property. I have a pic attached that said I am in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA plus whatever reservation. I am an American and I will not allow anyone to take my rights away. ABUSE: if you are going to charge for pics at least make the entrance cheaper. So ppl donā€™t have to waste the money there
