The location is awesome. The store is very well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant matches perfectly the rock vibe and the relationship price-quality is very good. Cool place for kids, teens, families, big groups and couples.

Having an awful experience… beginning with the rude lady in the front desk seating. We couldn’t get to the table because there were other people eating blocking the way, so we asked the lady to seat us somewhere else… she rudely made us go back to the table and moved the people! (Instead of seating us in other available tables (there were at least five tables free). There are no sanitary measures inside according to CoVid protocol: waiters do not wear masks, no social distancing at all. The food took forever to get there… only asked for one burger! Customer service is awful here. Not coming back again.

This place is rockin', sorry for the pun. We came on a weekday and the entrance was jammed with teenagers, probably for a party. This location has a great selection of artifacts. The Seattle location is geared towards their scene, but this spot has a good cross selection of classic and modern things, even an outfit of Beyonce. We ordered two different sliders and sent both of them back cause they were really pink. My sons pulled pork was good. His fries though were old. I'm sure these things happen, but at 15.00 for sliders that don't fill the big plate they come on... when mine came back 2 out of 3 were overcooked to the point of being chewy, as if they were microwaved. Most of the staff seemed nice, our server not so much.
