Long wait to start with, and we were removed from the bar area for a private event so we were all waiting in walkways which wasn’t ideal for over 30 minutes. Then they messed the drinks order up, however even though they acknowledged this and waived the drink off the bill, it was a mistake we had to bring up. Food was average, nothing to brag about. They clearly wanted you in and out to get the most people in.

Thankfully we had booked as the queue was ridiculous. Food was ok but expensive for what you got. Drink prices extortionate. With the service charge it made for an expensive burger and chips !

While touring the heart of Times Square, our group stopped in for dinner one fall evening. It was a full house that night with a 45 minute wait, so we got some drinks by the bar while waiting. Once seated in a booth in the main dining area, checking out the rock memorabilia and rock videos playing throughout was nice and interesting. Our orders took quite a while to arrive since it was pretty busy that night, which was slightly inconvenient. The burgers and chicken were good and the loaded nachos plate with peppers were very good and large enough to have leftovers. We had a pretty good time at Hard Rock NYC despite the wait time.
