Terrible service, nonchalant staff and old busses with lousy speakers. They cancelled our trip without notifying us, didn’t open the reception until 30 minutes late and didn’t answer phone call. Left us standing on street for over one hour waiting for next trip. Driver had good knowledge but buss was old and speaker system was really bad. Got a small refund but that didn’t make up for the bad experience for me and my family. Do not recommend.
