No-bag policy. If you have medical needs that require a carry on, please note at time of booking. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight
Dress warmly and in layers, and wear rubber-soled shoes such as a light hiking boot or athletic shoes. The tour company will provide overshoes and can supply raincoats as needed. Remember to bring your camera, film and binoculars!

ADA - We have an ADA lift that assists guests with getting in and out of the helicopter. If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift.

So I have never rode in a helicopter before. I was a little nervous about it but my husband really wanted to go. Everyone visiting Juneau should do this. The people from the front desk to the pilot are all so friendly and helpful. We truly loved Heather helps in all areas. Took off from the airport and wow the views. Then to land on a Glacier and get to walk around was truly amazing. The pilot was so friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and took everyone’s pictures. The view from that Glacier was so beautiful. Everything about this was beyond our expectations. Thank you Coastal Helicopter for an outstanding time.

This trip was fantastic. Great care was taken to load balance the helicopter for safety. Our pilot, Star, was very enthusiastic and informative both during our flight and on the glacier. This was the highlight of our entire cruisetour!

I have never been on a helicopter before and what an introduction it was. I cant rate this highly enough. The pilot was fantastic, the views of the glaciers were breathtaking. The snow white with the vibrant blues of the crevasses were like meringue topping. I really didnt know where to look at the views just wowed no matter which side we were on. There was 5 of us on the helicopter and I was in the back. when we landed the wow factor increased even more. I can not highly recommend this. it is a must and worth every cent. I would definitely do this in a heart beat if we visit here again. I am still in awe of it all
