Overview

Our general tour! Meet our Dock Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). A complimentary stop at the Brotherhood Bridge for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier is available before or after each tour depending on that day's schedule and weather. Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! About 4 hours and 15 minutes. This 4 hour and 15 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 3 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

This was a fabulous whale watching trip. We saw 4 or 5 whales and spent about 20 minutes watching one humpback whale lunge feeding along the shore. We were on a small boat, which I recommend. Captain Gabe was very knowledgeable, as well as entertaining, and was an expert in finding the whales. This was an excellent excursion. Book it yourself.

Our group of 8 enjoyed our day whale watching with Harv and Marv. This was our 3rd trip with them and they have always made sure we saw whales. Their close contact with other boat captains keeps the communication line open to where the whales have been spotted that same day. This ensures a great whale experience for all.

From the moment we were picked up from the Pier in Juneau, Alaska; we had a fabulous time. We were fortunate to see both humpback whales and killer whales. We sat in a covered fishing boat with large windows and we were able to stand outside in both the front and the back of the boat. Scott was our captain and Regina was our naturalist guide. Awesome Experience!!!!!
