Make close contact with these gentle and lovable creatures in one of the largest winter gathering sites for manatees in Florida. Observe manatees as they swim all around you with some of them curious enough to come close to your kayak. In the summer month we paddle up to the spring head where you have a chance to jump into the crystal clear spring to cool off and to explore the aquatic life living in the spring.
Our tour groups are always small. We never take more than 5 people on a tour to provide a personalized experience that prioritizes quality and safety. All of our tour guides are professionally trained with a love to share with you their knowledge, that will turn a wonderful trip into an unforgettable, inspiring adventure.

It is recommended you wear quick dry clothes and water/river shoes
We recommend you bring a swim suit, warm wool or fleece top (winter), waterproof rain jacket or poncho, sun protection (sunhat, sunglasses, sun screen), a camera, and a towel to dry off afterwards.
There is no restroom at the meeting location. The last public restroom is at Valentine Park (1511 W French Ave, Orange City, FL 32763) about a mile before you arrive the meeting location. We recommend you stop there before your tour.

What a wonderful, memorable tour we had with Astrid, We saw so many turtles, alligators, birds of all kind and yes manatees. I felt like I was in a National Geographic film. It was so beautiful! The birds were singing, the St Johns was extraordinary and peaceful. What made the trip was our tour guide Astrid. She was so very knowledgeable and friendly. We plan on coming back and bringing our friends. Definitely a FIVE star experience!!!!

Our tour Guide Astrid was amazing! Her knowlege of the area and friendliness was excellent. She made my wife and I feel like we were part of her family. Definitely would recommend this company, and we'll be going back and bringing friends to share this wonderful experince.
