This tour is an educational experience. It brings you back to the day of historic Manteo when people had to come by boats, with no bridges, no roads, to a small quaint town called Manteo that just so happens to be just south of where the first English child was born your tour guide will bring you through the history piece by piece but not just a history since your tour guide used to be a chief of police he has first-hand knowledge, stories and experiences with some of our notable always memorable residents of Manteo. If you’re looking for a tour with actual facts and real stories that your friends and family will remember for decades about the story that they have had the privilege of being in the sacred place they call the Town Of Manteo.

Chief was a great tour guide. He was easy to hear, well spoken, and had just the right amount of humor. The tour had some real interesting tid bits about nature and science that I didn’t expect (or know). Very interesting. I recommend this tour for sure and I live here! Good on ya chief!
