Mauna Kea Summit

One of the best places to see the sunset and stargazing and it's also the highest mountain on earth. Comfortable 4X4 passenger van as transportation.Jackets and gloves provided to keep you warm. Experienced tour guide to talk about our history and show you our amazing night with a laser pointer. Get close to the stars with our professional Celestron telescope and get a nice photo with our DSLR camera.

The trip to the summit of Mauna Kea was incredible. We were able to see the observatories, experience snow in Hawaii and had great views of the Mauna Loa eruption. The guides provided warm jackets and gloves as well as hot chocolate which were greatly appreciated. They were knowledgeable and fun. We were able to use the telescope to see Jupiter and it's moons as well as directing it to the Mauna Loa eruption for some amazing views. They also provided astrophotography photos and pointed out the visible constellations. It was a great trip.

Seeing the volcano was amazing. Also all the knowledge the tour guides had regarding the star talk was very informative

The overall experience was absolutely incredible only made better by our wonderful and hilarious host, #hilobestie Anna (who should not be self conscious of her great laugh). Being able to summit and see the world above the clouds was beautiful enough, though seeing Pele dance on Mauna Loa was sure to be near-once in a lifetime. Thank you (to Anna and the rest of the besties) for the warm jackets and hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
