Key West lies at the end of the chain of islands known as the Florida Keys and is the southernmost city in the continental United States.

What To Expect

Key West

Pick up: Depending on your location this will range from 6 to 7:30 AM. Make sure you are OUTSIDE of your hotel/pick-up location 5-10 minutes prior to the time stated. Get comfortable while you travel to the Keys and across the Overseas Highway in our well-maintained coach bus with the tour guide speaking about Key West's rich history and culture. Arrive in Key West around 11:30 AM. Explore and experience Key West for 6 hours. See the town for yourself by walking through the streets. Everything is within walking distance! We give you a map of the city so you can handle your way around. Leave Key West around 5:30 PM and get back to Miami around 9:30 - 10:45 PM (depending on the traffic and the drop-off location).

Seven Mile Bridge

There are two bridges in this location. The modern bridge is open to vehicular traffic; the older one only to pedestrians and cyclists. The older bridge, originally known as the Knights Key-Pigeon Key-Moser Channel-Pacet Channel Bridge, was constructed from 1909 to 1912 under the direction of Henry Flagler and Clarence S. Coe as part of the Florida East Coast Railway's Key West Extension, also known as the Overseas Railroad.

US 1 Mile Marker 0

An interesting landmark for US highways. Mile marker zero notes the start of the highway for the US.1. The US.1 stretches from Key West, Florida, more than 2,000 miles to Fort Kent, Maine, not far from the United States-Canada border. The highway connects several major cities along the eastern seaboard such as Boston, Washington, D.C., and Portland, Maine. It’s also commonly referred to as the Overseas Highway in Florida, as it stretches out across the Florida Keys.

I would have given 5 stars. Because it does take the stress out of driving. Going was great. Coming back the air stopped working on the bus the toilet stopped working and I was sitting next to the toilet need I say more.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during the return trip on the trolley. While we don't have direct control over the trolley's route, we do provide maps with all the stops indicated, one of which is nearby the bus. We regret any miscommunication in this regard. Regarding the issues you encountered, such as the non-functional toilet and air conditioning, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We were not informed about the toilet problem, which is rare since the toilet is drained every morning and in Key West. It's possible that someone left an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the air conditioning malfunction was an unforeseen incident that we couldn't control. However, we made a stop for fresh air and provided water for everyone. The air conditioning was promptly fixed the next day. We appreciate your understanding of these circumstances and will use your feedback to enhance our communication and service.

Good service and reliable. Unfortunately the air conditioner broke on our way back from key wet, but the overall service is very well recommended.

Worst ride of my life! It was extremely Hot due to no a/c. There were roaches the came out of no where. They were crawling in us which made things very uncomfortable. I was miserable. Sweat pouring down my entire body for 4 1-2 hrs back

The AC issue was an unforeseen circumstance, and unfortunately, it was not possible to fix it immediately. However, we did our best to mitigate the situation by providing a rest stop for everyone to refresh and offering water to keep you hydrated. Regarding the presence of roaches, we deeply apologize for the distress caused. We want to assure you that the bus was promptly fumigated the next day to address this issue. We maintain regular maintenance and cleanup of our buses to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our passengers. However, due to the increased precipitation in Miami, it is possible that the heavy rainfall has led to a surge in roach activity, as they seek refuge. We assure you that this is not a common occurrence and we are taking appropriate measures to prevent it from happening again.
