Modern & More Bike Tours Palm Springs

Overview

This is a small group 2.5 hour bike tour of three architecturally & historically significant residential neighborhoods in South Palm Springs. Quiet streets, no hills, constant sunshine, & very little traffic make for a great ride for novices or expert cyclists alike. (This is not an athletic tour, fear not!)

We'll explore the neighborhoods of Deepwell Estates, Twin Palms, & Indian Canyons, making frequent stops for photos & to learn details about specific homes and architects.

NOTE: Bikes are not included. I work with a rental agency where our journey begins and ends. They do offer my guests a discount, and they have colorful cruiser bikes as well as electric pedal-assist bikes.

[ I've designed this tour for serious architecture & history fans, with academic-level information & detail. So, it may not be the most enjoyable tour for some children. ]

I cannot say enough great things about Brennan and this tour! He was professional and attentive as our guide, so knowledgeable about architecture and the history of Palm Springs. Lots of fun stories as well! Flat biking the entire way - we explored just a few neighborhoods next to the bike shop where you can rent bikes. I've been vacationing in PS since I was a kid and I've never been on this great of a tour!

Our guide was so knowledgeable and made the whole excursion such fun. He took us to three different neighborhoods and explained each in relationship to the overall development of the modern movement. Plus, riding bikes was the best way to see the area!
