Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park
Your guide would take you to see the beautiful iconic buttes, spires and mesas that have made Monument Valley famous on part of the 17 mile loop drive. We would then go to the back country restricted areas of the Tribal Park to stand beneath the natural arches, amp theaters and get right up close to the Anasazi petroglyphs. Our guides are so kind and would explain the traditional meanings of each location, history, and culture while answering any question that you might think of. Navajo Spirit Tours does not shy away from some of the spiritual topics that you might not hear about on a regular day. We do try our best in the short amount of time that we have with each of our guests to teach as much as we can while you are here. We do look forward to meeting you!

Went on the sunrise tour with my family - wife and 2 daughters (12&16). Tour was about 3 hrs long. Duration depends on passengers as there were a set number of stops. This tour was simply magical! I really cannot say enough. There is no way to compare with a self guided tour because you visit several sites that cannot be accessed without a guide. Larsen was our guide and he did a phenomenal job of showing us the best locations and helping identify the best shots. He also brought a ton cultural knowledge of the Navajo that added depth to the tour and greatly increased our enjoyment of it. We started at 0530 and even the girls thought it was totally worth it! I recommend without any hesitation.

Twice this summer we took this tour. In June we traveled with four grandsons, age 10, 11, 12 and 14. They were amazed and enjoyed Larry’s information. They couldn’t stop telling their sisters who had a tour scheduled for July. Well it’s July and we had our tour with three granddaughters, ages 8, 10 and 14. Larson was our guide and they can’t stop talking about the tour! These two men have loads of information, and their hearts are truly in the service they provided. We are very thankful that we chose Navajo Spirit and Larry and Larson were are guides!
