Class III/IV rapids provide excitement and a trip you will never forget. Amazing scenery, high adventure, no experience required, trips run March through October each year. Day trips meet at 9 AM and include a riverside catered lunch break at the halfway point. Short on time? Try the Afternoon Express run, meeting 3 PM daily.

This was a great experience for my teens who had never been rafting before. West Virginia Adventures did a great job from beginning to end. They made us feel welcome, safe and there was an atmosphere that was a mixture of professional, fun and relaxing. Our guide, Dale, better known as the Crock, is obviously one of the best guides on the river. His leadership was a combination of entertaining, high adventure, a little rock and roll while at the same time making my crew feel safe. He gave us the most he could out of each big fall while handling the raft in a very safe way. Well done, would definitely go back, and definitely ask for Crock's Daycare Adventure.

West Virginia Adventures was a great choice for our white water rafting trip. They are very professional and make it safe but also make sure you have the best experience possible. Our guide, Crock, is obviously one of the best in the area. Crock's Day Care Adventure was the best. He was very entertaining and made sure there was never a dull moment while giving us the best ride possible.

Great rafting experience. The guides were fun and knowledgeable and made it a memorable excursion. Whether it was bad jokes or information about the rapids and river in general they were great tour guides. Music on the water, lunch halfway through and cold drinks waiting on the bus ride back just made it better.
