Used this service with a 3 day ticket covering all routes. Live guides. Passengers have headphones supplied. Guides vary in quality but the general standard is okay. The service is regular and is a great way to get around the city. We rode a lot and had different guides every time. There was one guide outstanding and better than the others. He was entertaining and funny as well as knowledgeable. I regret that we did not get his name. If it helps. He was a black gentleman and he said his son had just been offered a place at Harvard. He also said that he lived a long way out of of town. If you know who this is please tell him thankyou for a great ride and commentary.

We thoroughly enjoyed the different tours. All of the guides were fantastic with their own personal ways of doing the tour, we especially liked Darius who had such a great personality and was funny. The night tour is a must as it gives you great views of the city from all directions. The water tour was another option that showed you the city from a different view and they position the boat and move it around so you can photo the Statue of Liberty and everyone gets a good shot. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tours.

this was the first activity we do after our arrival to New York city, it is a must in any trip we do to any country, we noticed that there was no Arabic audio for Arab tourists, we would love to add it in the future to their tours in New York, we did book the one in Paris they do have the Arabic language audio for tourist and it was perfect, some of the tour guides in New York big bus was very fun and informative and answering all the questions, one of them I forgot his name but I will post his photo, he was the best in all tour guides, while the lady in the red line tour was very boring, reading from a paper, not looking to the passengers, just sitting in the front chair and talking in microphone in away that she is hating her job,and she was so rude, we hate it the tour with her, like all the other passengers.
