The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal

After reading some reviews, I was a little worried but this tour is great! They are 100% accessible and were very accommodating with our large 16 party with a scooter group. The entire staff were great. The guides were very entertaining and the wait times at the stops were short. We never had any problem getting on or off at stops. We enjoyed this company and would highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this tour. Helpful to get a grasp of the city and identify places you want to further explore and return back to. We had a great tour guide who was full of interesting facts about NYC.
