The recorded commentary is horrible. On a tour bus people are interested in knowing what buildings and sites are around them. NOT "banter" between the actors who recorded it. Also keep to your designated bus stops. Announce the bus stop number every time. Follow your posted schedules. Worst time waster ever. Not even a pretense of following the schedule. Pre recorded banter was little help figuring out what was what.

Don't catch the last bus because it won't be hop on hop off and if you pay extra for empire state bldg you will have 20 blk wlk

The guidance on where to get tickets was incorrect. I made reservation for 1030 for Empire Building but Big Bus had no record of reservation. Called number but no one answered.
